Our print shop specializes in cardboard prints, in particular the unique prints on blister and skin-pack packaging. Our machinery ensures optimum quality of print of such materials using the offset technique, up to the B2 format, while the bindery shop guarantees processing and final preparation, up to the finished packaging stage.

We offer services in the area of print on high-grammage materials (up to 640 g/m2):

• cardboard backs for blister packaging;
• box packaging for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, industrial, dry food, textile products, etc.;
• unit cardboard elements – inserts, pads, tags, postcards, packaging for compact discs, etc.;
• cardboard for skin-pack packaging;
• stands and displays; and
• laminated boxes and tags.

The aforementioned types of prints can be processed in the following manner:

• covered with thermoweldable varnish;
• covered with UV varnish, either completely or partly;
• covered with dispersion varnish;
• laminated;
• grooved;
• pressed;
• gilded (hot stamping);
• laminated;
• glued; and
• stamped.

The price of production of a single package is calculated based on the following factors:

• print run size;
• cardboard type;
• number of colors in the design; and
• number and type of processing or additional activities. 

Prior to the print of a new graphic design/packaging, we prepare the offset (print plates) and the necessary accessories (bindery die, press dies, gilding dies, and varnish masks). In the case of repeatable, this is a one-off cost. The accessories become the Customer’s property (unless agreed otherwise) and their price depends on the design of the packaging.
